The costs to Place a Cautionary Notice is US$ 975.- per trademark for black and white and US$ 1175,- for color trademark (no limitation of class) with maximum number of goods or services is 20 goods or services, and for each additional goods or services over the 20 goods or services, we will charge you US$ 3,5.- per 1 additional good or service and disbursement US$ 75.-. Goods/services will be translated both in English and Portuguese/Tetum | ||||||
– Trademark filing in Thailand is applicable to 01 item in 01 (one) class only; in case there is less than 4 items in 01 (one) class, each additional fee for each additional item is $US37.00; If there is more than 5 items in one class, the lump sum is $US 340.00; – Trademark certificate registration in Thailand is applicable to 01 item in 01 (one) class only; in case there is less than 4 items in 01 (one) class, each additional fee for each additional item is $US24.00; If there is more than 5 items in one class, the lump sum is $US 205.00.
– In Myanmar, it is highly recommended to publish Cautionary Notice of your trademark on a newspaper after registration. If so, the additional fee for the publication is $US400.00;
– In Vietnam, if one class has more than 6th items, additional fee for each item upwards is $US15.00.
