I want to enter Vietnam market and want to have exclusive use of our trademark and logo? What should we do to protect our trademark rights in Vietnam? Our trademark shall be filed for three classes. What is procedure and your fees of trademarks in Vietnam?

In order to have exclusive rights to your trademark in Vietnam, you are required to file new trademark application in Vietnam. Please see our advice for trademark in Vietnam as follows:
Trademark in Vietnam includes three stages: trademark search in Vietnam, Vietnam Trademark filing and Vietnam Trademark registration. All with affordable fees.
– Stage 1: TRADEMARK SEARCH IN VIETNAM(Optional)
This stage is optional and up to you do decide if you would like to check the availability of your trademark before officially filing new trademark application in Vietnam.
