Procedure of trademark in Thailand shall include the following steps:
#Step 1: Trademark Search in Thailand (Optional)
Trademark search is not compulsory. However, in order to know the availability of your trademark before officially filing a new trademark in Thailand, it is highly recommended that you should conduct the trademark search.
The trademark search in Thailand shall be available within 5-7 days
#Step 2: Trademark filing in Thailand
The trademark procedure in Thailand shall take about 16-18 months counted from the filing date. However, in case of office action, the time procedure could be longer.
#Step 3: Thailand Trademark registration certificate
Time of trademark certificate issuance in Thailand shall be about 1-2 months.
#Step 4: Paying trademark fee in Thailand
