III. PROCESS OF TRADEMARK REGISTRATION IN VIETNAM
Process of trademark registration in Vietnam include for 04 stages:

Stage 1: Start filing new trademark application in Vietnam.

Stage 2: Check the formality legitimacy of the application (01 month from the filing date of trademark in Vietnam).

Stage 3: Publish the trademark application on Vietnam IP Gazette (02 months from the formality acceptance).

Stage 4: Issue substantive examination result: accept or refuse the trademark registration in Vietnam (12-14 months from the publishing date).

Stage 5: Grant trademark certificate registration in Vietnam.
