Differences and parallels between brand and trademark

Brand and trademark are two concepts that go hand in hand and are often confused with each other. However, despite certain similarities, the nature of the difference between a brand and a trademark is huge.

Definition and concept

Trademark is a sign used to distinguish goods and services of different organizations and individuals.
