Notice that to renew a protection title with multiple classes, it is necessary to submit separate applications for renewal for each class included in the title.
A Bilingual Notarized Power of Attorney (POA)
The POA must have a simply signature of the applicant and must be notarized.
A scanned copy of the POA is accepted at filling time, but the original one must be submitted within 1 month later.
Trademark registration certificate
A copy of trademark registrstion must be filed on filing date. And in some case, the original is required 1 month later.
Specimen of the trademark
We need 15 samples of trademark in jpg file with resolution at least 300DPI. It means that the size not larger than 80x80mm and not less than 15x15mm.
And remember to submit them on filing date.
