Same with many countries around the world, the China registered trademark has 10-year validity time period and need to renew every 10 years.

According to Article 40 of China Trademark Law: If a trademark registrant intends to continue using the registered trademark after the validity period of registration expires, the registrant must renew the trademark within 12 months of the expiry date, in accordance with relevant provisions; if the registrant fails to do so within the time limit, a six-month extension may be granted. Each renewal of registration is valid for ten years, beginning on the date immediately following the expiration of the previous trademark’s validity period. The registered trademark will be cancelled if no application for renewal is filed before the extension period expires.
