In case of “Intent to Use” filing basis, proof of use shall be filed when the trademark is accepted. We will further charge US$ 295 per application for the first class and US$ 230 for each additional class.
– You are able to ask for an extension every six months (for up to 3 years) from the accepted date in case you could not provide the proof of use before the deadline.
